SECTION 2 - PRODUCTS AND ORDERS

We offer standard (non-custom) products fulfilled primarily through AutoDS, with plans to include other third-party logistics providers. Orders may only be canceled before shipment. Once dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.

Your purchase confirms your understanding of our policies. You agree not to order for commercial resale or export unless explicitly allowed.

SECTION 3 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

  • Estimated processing time: 24–48 hours (may vary during peak/promotional periods)
  • Estimated delivery time:
    • USA & Canada: 7–15 business days
    • Europe & Australia: 10–20 business days
    • UAE & Other Countries: 10–25 business days

Shipping is free with tracking.

BLUNGA is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or force majeure events. Once a package is handed to the shipping carrier, risk of loss transfers to the customer. Please ensure accurate shipping details.

Orders in transit cannot be modified or canceled.

SECTION 4 - RETURNS AND REFUNDS

You have 30 days from receipt to request a return. Returns are free for eligible items:

  • Must be unused, in original packaging, with tags
  • Must be approved via support@blunga.com before return
  • Each order allows only one return
  • Photo proof is required

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Final sale/clearance items
  • Used or worn items
  • Personalized items
  • Gift cards
  • Free/promotional items
  • returned item without approval from our support Team

Refunds are processed within 10 business days of return inspection. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

SECTION 5 - CHARGEBACKS AND DISPUTES

To prevent fraud and misuse of buyer protection tools:

  • We offer clear, accessible support at support@blunga.com. We encourage all customers to contact us first for any order issues.
  • Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may delay or void eligibility for a refund.
  • Any abusive chargeback (e.g. false claims of non-delivery) may result in account suspension, order cancellation, or legal action.

We provide full tracking confirmation, shipment verification, and delivery address details for every order. We are not responsible for stolen packages confirmed as delivered to the address you provided. You must resolve such cases with your local delivery provider.

SECTION 6 - LANGUAGE AND COMMUNICATION

We provide support in both English and French. All communication regarding orders, returns, or disputes must go through our support email. Shipping and returns are handled by third-party partners.
